   Our team is comprised of a group of professionals lawyers handles, settles the claims in & out of court, representing all P&I clubs and ship owners.

Mr. Wael Mohamed Salah El Din Eltounsy   wael@eltounsy-law.com

Has obtained his L.L.B. from Alexandria University in 1986. He has been practicing law since the year 1988 with specific and wide acknowledgment into the maritime field being a member of the advocate associates and the Egyptian maritime society.

During his continuous and long law practicing years, Mr. Eltounsy has joined M/S (Ezzo law firm) in the year 1988 till 1999, acquired excellent expertise in different maritime disputes such as claims handling for shortage, damage, salvage, insurance as well as practicing before the various court levels.

Afterwards and in the year 1999, Mr. Eltounsy has been assigned as a legal consultant to one of the leasing P&I correspondence in Egypt (ME-PANDI) {middle east protection & indemnity services}, handling and settling claims as well as defending the rights of many P&I clubs, such as (Steamship mutual, West of England, North of England). He was mainly occupied with handling cargo claims, personal injuries, collisions, liability cases, custom fines and dues and maritime fraud.

Mr. Eltounsy was also handling cases for other reputable law firms from different markets such as (Hill Taylor Dickinson {London, Dubai and Piraeus offices}). In addition Mr. Eltounsy was also acting as a legal consultant to agencies representing major shipping lines such as (United Arab Shipping co.) , (Senator Lines) and others.

In the year 2003, a leading law firm in Dubai U.A.E M/S (Hilal & Associates – Advocates and Legal Consultants) sought the assistance of Mr. Tounsy as their legal associate / researcher of the firm where he has proven a track of success and has issued several articles concerning various legal aspects addressing the maritime community.

At the end of the year 2004 Mr. Tounsy has established (El Tounsy advocates & legal consultants) office which is located in Alexandria/ Egypt.

As a legal Consultant Mr. Tounsy is concerned with handling all legal maritime disputes as well as representing P&I correspondence, namely (MESCO {Middle East Survey & Control Office}), (ME-PANDI {middle east protection & indemnity services})

Mr. Eltounsy has a high diploma in maritime law from the Arab academy for science and technology and obtained a certificate in a legal translation from the American university in Cairo and the Arab academy for science and technology.

Mr. Fakhry is a Faculty Of Law, Alexandria University (English department) Graduate.

Mr. Fakhry has previous considerable experience in the maritime law, in addition to begin registered in the Egyptian bar association.

Mr. Fakhry has a high diploma in maritime law from the Arab academy for science and technology.

He is mastering both languages English and French fluently.

Miss. Nahla is a Faculty Of Law, Alexandria University  (English department) Graduate.

Miss. Nahla is well experienced into maritime law based on her previous working history.

Miss. Nahla has a high diploma in maritime law from the Arab academy for science and technology and obtained a legal translation from the American university in Cairo and the Arab academy for science and technology

She is flaunting in English language.
